Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Solys. By using the product, you agree to use it only for lawful preparation of your own international student-visa case.
本条款适用于你使用 Solys 的行为。使用本产品即表示你同意仅为合法准备自己的国际学生签证案件而使用它。
Preparation workspace, not a government or legal service · 准备工具，不是政府或法律服务
Solys organises user-provided facts, documents, official sources and preparation outputs. It is not a government portal, law firm, immigration adviser or representative. It does not submit an application, guarantee completeness, authenticate documents, decide eligibility, predict an outcome or replace current official instructions or qualified professional advice. Government and authorised service providers make all formal decisions.
Solys 用于整理用户提供的事实、文件、官方来源与准备结果。它不是政府门户、律师事务所、移民顾问或代理人，不会代为提交申请、保证完整性、鉴定文件、决定资格、预测结果，也不能替代最新官方指引或合格专业意见。所有正式决定均由政府或其授权服务机构作出。
Your responsibilities · 你的责任
- Provide accurate information, review every output and verify current official requirements before acting.
- Keep your account and devices secure and use only files and information you are authorised to process.
- Do not misuse the service, probe another account, evade limits, upload malicious content or interfere with service operation.
- Seek qualified help when a question requires legal, tax, regulated or applicant-specific judgment.
你应提供准确信息、复核每项结果并在行动前核对最新官方要求；保护账户与设备安全；仅处理你有权使用的信息与文件；不得越权访问、规避限制、上传恶意内容或干扰服务；涉及法律、税务、受监管或个案判断时应寻求合格专业帮助。
Sources, scans and generated packages · 来源、扫描与材料包
Official links identify their external publishers and may change without notice. A scan is a bounded consistency and preparation check over the exact inputs selected for that run. Findings, citations and packages preserve their frozen basis; they do not establish that a government received, accepted or approved anything. You remain responsible for opening the original source and checking the final material.
官方链接会标明外部发布者，内容可能随时变化。扫描仅针对该次明确选定的输入执行有限的一致性与准备检查。发现、引用和材料包会保留其冻结依据，但不代表政府已经收到、受理或批准任何内容。你仍需打开原始来源并检查最终材料。
Availability and changes · 可用性与变更
Solys may correct defects, update supported workflows, suspend unsafe actions or stop a feature when a provider, official source or production dependency is unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a visa outcome or a government processing time. Material product or term changes will be presented with an updated effective date.
当服务商、官方来源或生产依赖不可用时，Solys 可修复缺陷、更新支持流程、暂停不安全操作或停止某项功能。我们不承诺持续不中断、签证结果或政府处理时间。产品或条款发生实质变化时会更新生效日期。
Account exit · 账户退出
Signing out does not delete server data. Eligible case and account deletion controls are separate destructive actions with their own confirmation and recovery behavior. Once accepted, deletion may continue asynchronously and may not be reversible.
退出登录不会删除服务器数据。符合条件的案件删除与账户删除是独立的破坏性操作，具有各自的确认与恢复行为。删除被接受后可异步继续，并且可能无法撤销。
