Solys is a personal workspace for preparing an international student-visa case for Germany, the United Kingdom or Australia.

Information we process · 我们处理的信息

Account identity and sign-in data supplied through Clerk, including your email address and enabled Apple or Google sign-in identity.
Case facts you enter, such as destination, study plan, nationality and legal residence.
Files, immutable file versions, checklist references, scan reports, packages, journey records, notice text and support requests you choose to create.
Security and operational records needed to authenticate requests, prevent abuse, recover durable actions and investigate failures.

我们处理 Clerk 提供的账户与登录信息（包括已启用的 Apple 或 Google 登录身份）、你填写的案件事实、你主动创建或上传的文件及版本、清单引用、扫描报告、材料包、旅程记录、通知文字和支持请求，以及保障认证、安全、恢复和故障调查所必需的运行记录。

How information is used · 使用目的

We use this information to provide the workspace, preserve source and version history, run the actions you request, keep Native and Web views consistent, secure accounts, support deletion and respond to support requests. Solys does not sell personal information or use applicant files for advertising.

Public-site analytics · 公开网站分析

When a dedicated Solys Google Analytics 4 Web Stream is configured, the signed-out public homepage records a page view and a small allowlist of public interactions: the fixed call-to-action placement and the selected Germany, UK or Australia example. The integration removes query strings and fragments and does not send email addresses, Clerk identifiers, case facts, files, source material, purchase facts or authenticated workspace activity. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Google may process basic device, network and browser information needed to provide the analytics service.

配置 Solys 专用 Google Analytics 4 Web Stream 后，未登录公开首页会记录页面浏览，以及极少量白名单公开交互：固定的操作入口位置和用户查看的德国、英国或澳大利亚示例。接入会移除查询参数与页面片段，不发送邮箱、Clerk 标识、案件事实、文件、来源材料、购买事实或登录后的工作台活动。Google Signals 与广告个性化均已关闭。Google 仍可能处理提供分析服务所需的基础设备、网络与浏览器信息。

Service providers and transfers · 服务商与传输

Solys uses service providers for authentication, hosting, database, private object storage and bounded document processing. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Providers receive only the data needed for their role and are not authorised by Solys to use applicant content for their own advertising.

Retention, download and deletion · 保留、下载与删除

Verified originals and immutable versions are retained while they remain part of your account or frozen history. Product controls identify when an unused asset, a case or the whole account can be deleted. Account deletion first blocks account recreation from an old session, then removes the implemented account data and private objects before deleting the Solys-owned Clerk principal. Minimal non-personal tombstone data may remain to prevent replay and resurrection. Backup and security records may expire on a separate bounded schedule.

已验证原件及不可变版本在仍属于你的账户或冻结历史时会被保留。产品会明确指出何时可删除未使用素材、案件或整个账户。账户删除会先阻止旧会话重新创建账户，再删除已实现的账户数据与私有对象，最后删除 Solys 所属的 Clerk 主体。为防止重放或复活，可能保留不含个人内容的最小墓碑记录；备份与安全记录可按独立的有限周期到期。

You can review and update case facts, download available files and packages, remove eligible references and assets, delete eligible cases, sign out without deleting server data, or request whole-account deletion from the product. Changes · 变更

We will update the effective date when this notice materially changes. A material change does not silently expand the product beyond its stated preparation and support boundaries.
